Mandi joined John, John & Hill in 2018. Mandi was born in Northeastern Kansas and moved to Idaho when she was 14 years old. She graduated from Bonneville High School in 1998 where she met her husband Larry. They have been married since 1999 and have 4 children. In 2013 she attended Idaho State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.

In her time away from the office, Mandi enjoys cooking, watching football (Go Chiefs! Super Bowl LIV and LVII Champions!!!), seeing her favorite metal bands live, spending time with family and loves everything Batman.
